We are committed to becoming an industry-leading, sustainable, and socially responsible service provider.Job OverviewAs a Pursuit Support & Solution Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing innovative solutions to define and optimize business processes in support of new deals. You will act as a liaison between the Pursuit Support Team and the Solution Design teams, identifying new standard capabilities that need to be designed and proposing interim solutions until they can be implemented as part of the roadmap. Additionally, you will provide subject matter expertise and guidance to the Pursuit Support Team on available solutions and their system and financial frameworks. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, the ability to think creatively, and excellent communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesEngaging with both the Solution Design and Pursuit Support teams to provide innovative solutions that are not only focused on short-term enablement, but also have a mid to long-term view that is scalable, standard, and sustainable.Collaborating with subject matter experts across various Supply Chain functions to design and optimize contractual business flows, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.Leading the design phase of contractual processes, orchestrating the involvement of necessary SMEs and working closely with different Services Supply Chain roles to facilitate a smooth transition from design to implementation.Providing high-level feasibility assessments in terms of financial and trading structure flow to both the Pursuit Support and Solution Design teams.Assisting the team with cost assessment and allocation to the appropriate profit center in coordination with Finance.Having visibility of available tools, systems, infrastructure, and resources to put together a scalable and sustainable solution model for new types of service delivery.Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Transactional Renew segment, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
