We are constantly innovating in the ways we are automating and accelerating the delivery of products and packages which includes building custom hardware and applying robotics, autonomy, supply chain optimization, machine learning, manipulation, image processing, and real-time data processing using distributed systems.Tech Deploy organization is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead deployments of current and emerging technologies in Asia Pacific. This person will orchestrate the successful implementation of cutting-edge robotics solutions, both in greenfield and brownfield environments.This role as a deployment lead will encompass a deep dive into the world of robotics technology, where you will commit to an intense learning curve to become a subject matter expert. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and other Tech Deploy pillars, including Deployment Readiness (DR), Systems Integration (SI), Strategy & Operations (S&O), Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Product Engineering and Site Operations, to ensure seamless integration and minimal intrusiveness during brownfield deployments. Your expertise will drive effective change management, risk mitigation, and technical guidance, ensuring that our robotics deployments exceed expectations.If you are a seasoned senior leader looking with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, an ability to influence business and technical leaders in a dynamic environment with the desire to contribute to Amazon's next generation fulfillment technology, this opportunity is for you.
