Are you passionate about sales and marketing, and fluent in German?
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Consultant to enhance our business development strategies and drive growth.
In this role, you will leverage your skills to promote our brand and expand our client base across German-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services.
Manage and update customer databases with accurate and complete information.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively building new ones.
Document detailed call histories and customer responses.
Consistently follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Analyze competitors' offerings and develop effective sales strategies for your own products or services.
Address and fulfill customer needs and requests.
Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly.
Skills Native or fluent in German (written and spoken); proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
Prior experience in sales and working with CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and achieving goals in collaboration with the team.
Strong business sense with the ability to evaluate various business models.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, confident, and proactive individual with a competitive and tenacious approach.
