OM MODA IBIZA SL Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team at an exclusive high-end fashion boutique in Ibiza.
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring efficient and profitable store operations.
Key Responsibilities : Manage all store operations, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and a high-quality shopping environment.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock orders.
Implement strategies to maximize sales and enhance visual merchandising standards.
Ensure the store complies with company standards for product display and store presentation.
Requirements : Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the high-end fashion retail industry.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage complex situations effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of retail operations and fashion industry trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
Additional language skills are a plus.
