This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in either electrical or mechanical engineering. The ideal candidate would have advanced through a discipline to become an expert, and possess team coordination and leadership experience. Proficiency in English at a C1 level is essential, along with a thorough understanding of the energy sector and large scale project management.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution, meeting all technical and regulatory requirements.Provide expert-level guidance in either electrical or mechanical engineering, applying advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems.Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and documentation to ensure alignment with project goals and industry standards.Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.Ensure all project activities comply with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project performance and efficiency.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a focus on large-scale project management and technical expertise in either electrical or mechanical engineering.Advanced knowledge of engineering principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in the energy sector.Proven experience in leading and coordinating engineering teams, with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.Proficiency in English at a C1 level is essential; additional languages are a plus.In addition, in K-LAGAN, we want you to enjoy the whole experience being part of our team, that's why we offer:TEAM BUILDING activities.CONTINUOUS FOLLOW-UP
