Tu misión será apoyar al responsable del departamento jurídico de la división de gestión hotelera de Palladium Hotel Group en la supervisión y asesoramiento legal de las cuestiones operacionales que atañen a los hoteles de la cartera.

Tus funciones principales serán: Apoyo en la revisión de contratos con proveedores, contratos de patrocinio, mantenimiento y renovación licencias y permisos, seguros y seguimiento de los procedimientos (sancionadores y judiciales) que afecten a los hoteles y a la gestora entre otros. Apoyo en el proceso de expansión, asistiendo en la negociación y redacción de la documentación transaccional requerida para operar nuevos activos hoteleros (NDAs, nonbinding offers, term sheets, acuerdos de exclusividad, contratos de gestión hotelera y contratos de arrendamiento, entre otros). Apoyo en la gestión, mantenimiento y solicitud de marcas, defensa de los derechos de propiedad intelectual del grupo y asesoramiento en asuntos corporativos (redacción de actas, modificación de estatutos, otorgamiento de poderes, etc.). Requisitos mínimos Para tener un buen encaje, deberás aportar: Licenciatura en Derecho o Grado en Derecho con Master de Acceso a la Abogacía finalizado. Necesaria colegiación (no es preceptiva la colegiación como ejerciente) Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en despacho de abogados o empresa hotelera, en materia de contratación (civil, mercantil), societaria, marcas y propiedad intelectual, y derecho inmobiliario y urbanístico. Alta capacidad de comunicación y habilidades personales Conocimiento alto del paquete office (Excel, Word y Power Point).
