David Kennedy Recruitment is working with  an award-winning multi-licensed, broker who offers online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices and seeking to onboard a Business Development Manager Position: Business Development Manager Work model and location: remote in Pakistan Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Building and maintaining relationships with clients Identifying new business opportunities Negotiating and closing deals  Achieving sales targets  Collaborate with cross-functional teams  Conduct market research Provide insights to enhance our competitive position REQUIREMENTS: Excellent sales and negotiation skills Fluent in Urdu (C1) and English (C1) Portfolio of active FX clients with ability to rapidly expand the network Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD trading Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work independently and remotely Proven experience within Forex (3-4 years and own active portfolio of clients) Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred BENEFITS: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance Be part of a dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere Guidance and tools to reach your full potential
