For us success is about getting the right fit for youBYT Boost Your Team- Function Data Analyst- Location Madrid - Spain- Type of work Hybrid work model - 2x- Type of contract Permanent Direct contractual link with the client.We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to lead data-driven insights ensuring high-quality analysis and optimization across our data platforms. This role is integral in transforming data into actionable insights empowering our team to make data-backed decisions. As a Senior Data Analyst you ll work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs design reporting solutions and provide meaningful analytics to support business objectives.Tasks- Conduct in-depth analyses of complex data sets to uncover trends patterns and insights that support business strategy and drive key decisions.- Implement best practices for data validation and quality control ensuring all analysis is accurate reliable and insightful.- Partner closely with data engineers scientists and business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver high-impact analytics solutions.- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau Power BI or other BI tools to present insights in a clear actionable format.- Work with data engineering to support ETL processes ensuring data from diverse sources (APIs databases flat files) is consistently integrated and optimized for analysis.- Collaborate in the management of the Data Warehouse (e.G. Snowflake) focusing on optimizing for analytical efficiency and data integrity.Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.- Bachelor s degree (or higher) in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related discipline.- Strong proficiency in data analysis statistical methods and translating complex data into clear insights.- Expertise in SQL and experience with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis.- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.G.
