As a Communication and Culture Specialist at Sigma, you will report to the Internal Communication and Culture Director within the Human Resources area in Europe. Your objective will be to provide necessary support in the field of Communication and Culture, ensuring alignment with the company's overall communication strategies and goals. Key ResponsibilitiesInternal Communication:Develop and implement internal communication strategies and plans under the supervision of management. Design communication actions for Europe and coordinate with global and local teams. Create, edit, and distribute internal communications materials, ensuring consistency with SIGMA's purpose and fundamentals. Identify and utilize appropriate channels and tools for internal communication needs. Organize internal events linked to the People and Internal Communication strategy. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, adjusting strategies as needed. Support HR in its areas of responsibility. Culture Initiatives:Support and coordinate the deployment of cultural initiatives within SIGMA in Europe. Act as a link between Central and Local teams regarding Culture Dynamics, training, and related projects. Collaborate with the Talent & Development area on culture training programs. Strategic Communication:Convey SIGMA's purpose and fundamentals consistently across communication content. Support the development and execution of crisis communication plans. Provide communication support for key initiatives. Analyze communication metrics and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication. External Communication:Support on coordination with External Communication. Support on the coordination with marketing and public relations departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. QualificationsLocation: Madrid, Spain (with availability to travel on a one-off basis)Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Experience:Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, in a company or agency's internal communication and corporate culture.
