On this occasion, our client is a Consumer Goods leading company, in a growing and transformation challenge period.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Buyer for Spain.
Working within the Purchasing team, the role involves creating and managing supplier relationships ensuring supply to launch our food solutions to achieve the company´s targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Supplier Management, building effective internal and external relationships.
Raising Purchase orders to suppliers and registering new suppliers on the system Support the creation of new procedures, structures, and formats to help sales targets.
Collaboration with the management of the sourcing & procurement activities relating to company models: Request for Information (RFI) and Request for quotation (RFQ).
Investigation of new supply markets, including assessing supplier's capabilities.
Perform a variety of tasks with flexibility and autonomy including day-to-day administrative tasks Ensuring supply with supplier´s portfolio meets food targets.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge in procurement management inside the role of buyer with direct negotiations 2 years of similar tasks, ideally with experience with food suppliers Ability to take initiative and make autonomous decisions.
Analytical skills.
Ability to create and maintain a network of internal and external contacts.
High organizational and planning capacity.
Process monitoring and improvement skills.
Adaptability and flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches to changing business needs.
