**L'empresa**

Es el clúster de referència que es posiciona com el solucionador per a tots aquells sectors i indústries pels quals els materials són un element clau.
Actualment, som més de 65 entitats dedicades a promoure la innovació tecnològica i a enfortir l'ecosistema dels materials a fi de ser més flexibles, resilients, sostenibles i competitius.
Actualment, busquem un clúster mànager, una persona compromesa, amb actitud positiva, resolutiva, i apassionada per la innovació.
**Tasques a desenvolupar**:

- Executar l'estratègia del MAV, prèviament definida per la junta directiva.
- Entendre les necessitats i reptes de cadascun dels socis del MAV per identificar àrees d'innovació i creixement per les empreses.
- Identificar, prioritzar, i desplegar projectes entre empreses i agents d'interès de l'ecosistema en base a reptes i necessitats identificades.
- Planificar i desenvolupar noves accions estratègiques que impulsin la col-laboració i la innovació entre els socis.
- Identificar tendències de mercats sectorials d'interès per les empreses del MAV.
- Participar en esdeveniments sectorials de referència, a nívell nacional i internacional.
- Col-laborar activament amb altres clústers, tant nacionals, com internacionals.
- Dinamitzar els grups de treball del clúster.
- Construir relacions a llarg termini amb els socis i altres agents de l'ecosistema.
- Potenciar la visibilitat del clúster a nívell nacional i internacionalment.
- Impulsar noves oportunitats de negoci pel clúster.
- Captació i retenció de socis.
- Gestió interna del clúster, incloent pressupost.
- Gestió de la junta directiva.
- Identificar i sol-licitar finançament pel clúster.
- Definir el pla anual de màrqueting i comunicació.
Disposar de titulació universitària i d'estudis d'extensió universitària en gestió empresarial (MBA, màster, postgrau, etc.)
o en el seu defecte gaudir d'un currículum professional que demostri una sòlida experiència en el desenvolupament de negoci i de projectes.
- Domini avançat català, castellà i anglès (també es valoraran altres idiomes).
- Carnet i vehicle propi.
- Disponibilitat per viatjar.
**Experiència**:

- Mínima de 3 anys com a executiu d'empreses, consultor o perfil similar en gestió de projectes empresarials i projectes tècnics público-privats a nívell català, espanyol i europeu.
- Es valorarà molt positivament el coneixement i experiència en dinamització de clústers/sectorial.
- Es valorarà molt positivament el coneixement del sector dels materials i les seves tecnologies i processos associats.
- Es valorarà el coneixement i experiència en polítiques públiques nacionals i europees, així com els processos administratius que se'n deriven.
- Es valorarà haver participat en la definició, promoció, posada en marxa i gestió de projectes industrials.
