You will assist in the implementation of an enterprise data governance program, the enablement and operationalization of our data governance roles and the materialization of new ways of working that truly bring data governance alive at Siemens Energy.How You'll Make an Impact?Communicate and present data governance concepts clearly to support upskilling and training activities that serve to enable and operationalize the data management roles in the organization.Create suitable content in service of producing, refining, and publishing new artifacts such as policies, procedures, and guidelines.Design, delivery and execution (baselining) of data maturity models; therefore, being able to continuously support its embedding and its monitoring against targets.Plan and execute workshops, walkthroughs, reviews with key stakeholders so data governance artifacts are endorsed by the SE data community, and policies implemented, supporting how to materialize the ownership and governance of SE data domain landscape.Explain data governance concepts with clear examples that bring the concept to life and facilitate understanding of how data governance supports all other data management workstreams.Define data governance KPIs, support measuring; drives their adoption and regular reporting. Leveraging these, to define and execute data governance audit activities in which we are able to monitor the business adherence to data governance best practice as per existing published guidance.Coordinate Data Governance audits, execute and report on them.Support the planning and execution of data governance boards and forums when needed.Collaborate with the Digital Core business partners to build a stronger operating model that brings data governance roles, the data governance function and the technology teams together in efforts to harmonize data and bring it under governance.Work with various stakeholders across the organization to achieve the goals defined in the digital strategy and data domains roadmaps.Support the development and maintenance of an end-to-end data lifecycle management approach; leveraging the Data Management Enterprise Process.What You Bring - Your skills, capabilities
