Come join usRequirements: Minimum 4 years of experience as an electrician in commercial projects.Job Details: As a Journeyman Electrician, you will have a vital role in the installation of commercial electrical systems, while ensuring high standards of safety and quality. You will also need to effectively lead/supervise and guide a team of 2-3 members to achieve project goals.Reporting Relationship(s): Project ManagersResponsibilities: Installation of electrical systems, while leading a team of electricians and apprentices.Workplace: Metro Atlanta Area, may be indoors or outdoors depending on the project site.Daily Tasks:Communicate daily goals and assignments with the superintendent.Ensure necessary materials are readily available and organized.Maintain high workmanship standards, adhering to OSHA and company regulations.Provide effective status updates to the superintendent regarding task progress.Lead and manage a team of electricians and apprentices to meet project schedules.Use technology to improve communication and efficiency.Ensure personal and team use of work tools is done so according to safety regulations.Interpret and install according to Conduit Drawings and Blueprints.Represent 5 Points Electrical professionally.Optimize team efficiency, implementing suggestions to boost productivity.Complete and submit required paperwork accurately and efficiently
