**Misión**

Servir como punto de contacto principal para los clientes, contestando las preguntas del día a día, desde la recepción del pedido hasta la entrega, asegurando una buena comunicación interna y externa.

**Las funciones que realizarás**:

- Ser un líder en seguridad
- Ser un ejemplo y fomentar los valores de IP (seguridad, ética) así como el IP Way Forward en todas las interacciones con las partes interesadas
- Gestionar las reclamaciones de los clientes de manera oportuna y eficiente
- Garantizar la precisión de los datos en pedidos y facturas
- Introducir las órdenes en el sistema ERP y modificarlas cuando sea necesario
- Realizar el seguimiento del inventario antiguo asignado a clientes específicos.
- Reportes estadísticos
- Facturación

**Los conocimientos y experiência que aportarás**:

- Grado Medio o Superior en Administración o Comercio
- 3 años de experiência en un rol similar
- Experiência en trámites con documentación de exportación.
- Experiência en sector industrial
- Nível alto de Microsoft Excel, valorable Powerpoint
- Inglés B2, valorable Francés
- Orientación al Cliente
- Capacidad de aprendizaje, ganas de crecimiento
