As a member of the Growth team, you will work closely with customers of TradingView products, handling client communications and assisting with technical onboarding. Proficiency in English is essential, as communication via email and phone is a key aspect of this role.Responsibilities:Leadership & Management:Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top engineering talent.Project Management:Ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to deliver high-quality products.Monitor and report on engineering performance metrics, using data to drive decision-making.Technical Oversight:Provide technical guidance and oversight to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Stay current with industry trends and technologies, integrating relevant advancements into the engineering processes.Oversee the architecture and infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.Strategic Planning:Work closely with the executive team to define the long-term vision and strategy for the engineering department.Align engineering goals with business objectives, ensuring the development of innovative solutions that meet market demands.Drive the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies that enhance productivity and product quality
