Estamos en la búsqueda de un Service Delivery Manager senior para incorporar en una posición hibrida (60% teletrabajo, 40% presencial) para incorporar en una posición estable y a largo plazo.

FUNCIONES: - Garantizar la calidad del producto final (requerimientos, pruebas, entregables,...) según los términos acordados con el cliente.
- Gestionar expectativas de cliente (alcance, plazos, equipo, calidad,...).
- Definir, adaptar e implementar el enfoque metodológico, según las necesidades del proyecto.
- Planificar y realizar seguimiento global de proyecto / servicio, identificando riesgos y problemas y proponiendo al cliente acciones correctoras para reconducir desviaciones.
- Garantizar la productividad y eficiencia del proyecto / servicio.
- Distribuir adecuadamente los roles del equipo buscando el éxito del proyecto y el desarrollo del equipo.
- Colaborar en la gestión comercial y / o generar recurrencia.
- Elaborar y coordinar propuestas que recojan las necesidades del cliente.
- Consolidar, transmitir y poner en práctica el conocimiento funcional, técnico y metodológico adquirido en los proyectos en los que haya participado.
- Participar en el proceso de selección de nuevos colaboradores.
REQUISITOS: - Mínimo 3 años de experiência como Delivery Manager, preferiblemente en un entorno de consultoría de TI.
- Experiência en la gestión de proyectos y servicios de TI complejos.
- Experiência en la gestión de presupuestos y recursos de proyectos.
- Experiência trabajando con clientes y gestionando las relaciones con los clientes.
- Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión (Agile, Waterfall).
