To manage a team of Striker and lead the development in retail and impulse accounts in each geographical area through activate selling and the implementation of agreed Perfect Store and WvsC standards.
Working 360º in region and other departments.
Develop people and transfer Red Bull Culture and Values.

Leadership, motivation, and team skills.
Clear understanding of the market's sales & distribution, competitor activity as well as consumer behaviour in FMCG context.
A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent.
Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.

Fluent English written and spoken (mandatory).

Strong presentation skills.
75% Travel.
Valid driving license.
