About the Role:We are seeking a Licensing Business Development Manager to join our global team.
This role is ideal for individuals with an analytical mindset and a strong interest in the entertainment industry.
The primary responsibility will be to support the Business Development team in managing and expanding our network of partners globally.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue Licensing opportunities with leading global organizations, and institutions to enhance Fever market presence globallySupport the GMs and senior team in their commercial discussions and efforts to expand Fever portfolio of IPs in the worldsDevelop and manage a pipeline of potential licensing partners, maintaining strong relationships and engagement throughout the licensing partnership lifecycleConduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the licensing landscapeNegotiate and finalize licensing agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with the company's strategic goals and compliance standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and operations, to support licensing initiatives and ensure successful implementationPlay a crucial role in the strategic planning and execution of licensing projects, aligning with global business objectivesManage and nurture existing licensing deals, ensuring partner satisfaction and exploring opportunities for renewal and expansionDevelop and implement licensing business development plans to achieve growth and engagement targets Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and potential partnersMonitor and report on key performance metrics related to licensing activities, providing insights and recommendationsUtilize advanced google slides skills to create compelling and insightful presentations for pitching Fever offering and IP portfolio to prospective stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or similar ones, with high achievement results4/8 years of work experience in licensing or at top consultancy firmsNatural commercial abilities with affinity with preactive reach-out, sales strategy and negotiationExperience with presentations, storytelling and top-down communicationProfessional working proficiency in English, additional languages are a plusGood interpersonal communication (internal and external stakeholders)Teamwork skillsIdeation and critical thinkingImpact-oriented and data-driven (strategic and business decisions)Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentBENEFITS & PERKSAttractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader40% discount on all Fever events and experiencesWork in a location in the heart of Madrid, with possible travel across our marketsHome-office friendlyResponsibility from day one and professional and personal growthGreat work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work withHealth insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through CobeeEnglish LessonsWe have free food, drink and fruit at the officePossibility to receive in advance part of your salary by PayflowGympass membershipThank you for considering joining Fever.
