Actualmente, estamos en búsqueda de un **HR operations partner.**

Nuestro partner, una start-up, **con HQ en Barcelona y presencia internacional, cuenta con** +**100 empleados** en poco más de 2 años, cuya aplicación, **con IA, ofrece distintas técnicas de marketing y growth,** con el objetivo de maximizar los beneficios a sus clientes (pymes), abriendo oficinas en Tenerife estamos buscando un referente que ayude a construir el equipo.

**El rol**:
Estamos buscando un especialista en Recursos Humanos para incorporarse al equipo de HR. Tu principal misión será** liderar los principales procesos propios del departamento, poniendo especial foco en: contratación, on-boarding y gestión de talento.**

**¿Cuál será tu misión?**
- Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo directivo para comprender las necesidades de selección de la compañía.
- Liderar los procesos de selección end to end, así como a los proveedores de selección.
- Asegurar el correcto proceso de onboarding de las nuevas incorporaciones
- Establecimiento de políticas de empresa y el mantenimiento de registros actualizados de los empleados.
- Fomentar un lugar de trabajo saludable al garantizar que nuestros procedimientos de recursos humanos funcionen correctamente.
- Proponer e implantar mejoras en los procesos existentes e incorporar nuevos.
- Estudio y Control de KPI´s del departamento: absentismo, rotación, coste de personal, control de asistencia, así como la ejecución de los planes de acción
- Gestión y comunicación a nível laboral con la gestoría.
- Liderar proyectos como encuestas de clima, definición de procesos internos, organigrama, trabajar la cultura de la empresa y cómo trabajamos...
- Tareas puntuales de Office Manager.

**Que necesitamos**:

- Al menos **3 años de experiência **como perfil generalista con especial foco en **Selección**, en **empresa final que ha crecido de forma exponencial.**:

- Soft skills: People person
- Experiência trabajado con distintas herramientas y ATSs.(ej. Teamtailor, Holded, etc.)
- Capacidad de trabajo en entorno digital, que disfrutes de un entorno ágil y dinámico. Capaz de adaptarte a cambios.
- Buena comprensión del ciclo completo de contratación y un conocimiento sólido de la legislación laboral.
- Valoraremos muy positivamente experiência internacional y un buen nível de inglés.
