Buscamos incorporar un perfil senior Machine Learning Engineer para colaborar en la implementación de los nuevos proyectos de estrategia de datos, gobernanza de datos e IA generativa.
Te integrarás en un grupo multidisciplinario brindando soluciones de datos estratégicos clave con tecnologías de vanguardia.

- Trabajar con el equipo (líder técnico/arquitecto/otros miembros del equipo) y el punto focal del cliente para comprender la necesidad empresarial y diseñar/implementar la solución de gestión de datos técnicos.
- Diseñar e implementar soluciones de datos basadas en requisitos determinados, preferiblemente Microsoft Azure.
- Diseñar e implementar una canalización de datos integrada con las fuentes de datos y archivos utilizando ADF, Logic App u otro servicio equivalente.
- Diseñar e implementar una solución de ingesta de datos de nível de producción en la búsqueda de Azure AI u otro servicio de búsqueda en tiempo real utilizando Python, Azure Document Intelligence (servicio de extracción de texto equivalente), Azure Functions, Azure Open AI.
- Responsabilidad sobre las estrategias de indexación para la aplicación de búsqueda de IA.
- Implementar y optimizar la extracción de datos de diferentes fuentes de datos, como PDF, JSON y otros conjuntos de datos no estructurados.
- Construir soluciones usando Python.
- Responsable de ajustar los modelos GenAI (Open AI) con ingeniería de avisos.
- Implementar y mantener canales de datos automatizados y procesos de CI/CD para agilizar el desarrollo y la implementación de la IA.
- Garantizar la calidad de los datos y la eficiencia de la búsqueda de IA limpiando, preprocesando y transformando los datos considerando tanto los requisitos del modelo como los de indexación.
- Mejorar el rendimiento del sistema mediante la realización de pruebas, resolución de problemas e integración de nuevos elementos.
- Velar por que las soluciones de IA y los canales de datos cumplan con las regulaciones de seguridad y privacidad de datos relevantes, respetando los estándares de seguridad de Azure y Open AI mientras mantienen prácticas de indexación seguras.

- Herramientas y técnicas de ingeniería de datos, preferiblemente plataforma Microsoft Azure.
- Servicios de Azure AI, incluidas herramientas Open AI, con experiência adicional en técnicas y plataformas de indexación de búsqueda de AI.
- Python, concepto de POO en Python, programación asincrónica en Python.
- Marco/Flask de Python Quart.
- Principios de diseño de Restful API, incluidos los métodos HTTP, los formatos de datos (JSON, XML) y el manejo de errores.
- Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, servicio Azure AI, Open AI, Cosmos DB, búsqueda de AI, etc.
- Azure DevOps.
- Creación de canalizaciones de CI/CD en Azure utilizando, al menos, scripting y plantillas ARM.
- Herramientas de Gestión de Servicios (sistemas de ticketing).
