Marketing Communications Manager - Las Palmas The Alien Technology Transfer Group leads top-class innovators to success by converting visionary ideas into tangible realities. We are currently looking for a Marketing Communications Manager who will be responsible for creating, structuring, and developing our future Marketing and Communications Business Unit specializing in commercializing innovative products based on deep technologies. Furthermore, the Marketing Communications Manager will oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing and communications campaigns for the whole ATT Group.
To join the team you have to possess a genuine interest in technology and business, be highly analytical, articulate, and have a fluent level of English. You must be well organized and keen to take on responsibility. Key qualities include being highly self-motivated, and having a high degree of stamina to work within an ambitious and goal-driven environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute a content strategy tailored to the commercialization of innovative products rooted in deep technologies;
Align content creation with the distinct narratives and value propositions associated with startups, spinoffs, and research centers;
Conduct in-depth research to comprehend the nuances of the innovation ecosystem, understanding the needs and interests of startups, spinoffs, investors, and research communities;
Collaborate closely with startups, spinoffs, and research centers to plan content that effectively communicates the technological advancements and commercial potential of their products;
Produces concepts for the communication campaigns and all copywriting;
Implement SEO strategies specific to the deep technology landscape, ensuring that content is optimized for visibility within the niche market;
Be up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI for both textual and visual content creation;
Develop a visual content strategy that effectively communicates the complexities of deep technologies through images, infographics, and videos, leveraging AI-powered tools when applicable;
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across various entities involved in the commercialization process, including startups, spinoffs, and research centers;
Define and track performance metrics relevant to the unique goals of commercializing deep tech products, such as investor interest, market penetration, and industry partnerships;
Understand and adhere to legal and compliance requirements specific to the deep tech industry, ensuring that content meets regulatory standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Must have proven experience in the role of managing either a small/medium-sized Communication Agency or a Marketing and Communications Department of a large enterprise;
Must be fluent in English;
Master's Degree in Marketing and Communications or any relevant field is a plus;
Use of Generative AI Tools (both text and visual generation) is a plus;
Prior experience in an Art Director role is a plus.
