This includes:
Assisting in developing the accounting plan and daily accounting entries.Managing and controlling expenses.Invoice control for suppliers.Bank management: reconciliations, payments, collections…Using Holded software (no prior experience required) and contributing to general administrative functions as needed.Ideal candidateIt would be great if you have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a vocational training in administration and finance. We're looking for someone with:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.Knowledge of accounting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and some ERP systems.Excellent communication skills, with a good level of English (B2).A commitment to the project, sharing our values, and eager to work where initiative, positive attitude, and the ability to make things happen are paramount.Above all, we value your positive attitude and your ability to identify the best solutions for the company and build good relationships with people.
