INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER
**Missió**:
Per a empresa familiar del sector industrial dedicada al disseny i fabricació de motors elèctrics especials, busquem un _INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER_ per a desenvolupar i implementar la gestió comercial dels productes de la companyia entre els actuals i potencials clients (enginyeries d'automatització, empreses fabricants de maquinària i distribuïdors oficials) ubicats en les principals zones industrials d'EEUU (20%), Âsia (20%) i Europa (80%).
FUNCIONS:
- Planificar i visitar els potencials clients, amb l'objectiu de vendre i establir unes relacions comercials òptimes i duradores en el temps.
- Explicar adequadament els serveis que els pot oferir l'empresa (motors especials i consultoria d'automatització)
- Intentar aconseguir acords de col-laboració de representació/distribució a la zona, en els cassos que sigui possible
- Recollir dades d'interès de la competència i del mercat en general
- Preparar ofertes comercials, juntament amb l'equip d'oficina tècnica
- Actuar com a enllaç entre l'empresa i els clients
- Resoldre les incidències de postvenda
- Assistència a fires internacionals del sector
**Imprescindible**:
- Formació d'enginyeria industrial, especialitat elèctrica o electrònica
- Domini del castellà i de l'anglès parlat i escrit
- Experiència imprescindible de mínim 3 anys en la promoció i venda d'automatismes, motors elèctrics, variadors, etc.

- Disponibilitat per viatjar
**Preferible**:
- Es valorarà positivament disposar d'un MBA o Master en Comerç Internacional en escola de negocis
- Es valorarà positivament conèixer altres idiomes (italià, alemany i/o francès)
- Ofimàtica avançada
