NoOffer Description GENERAL INFORMATIONType of contract/Duration: Four years (with extension depending on funding availability)Job Status: Full-timeResponsibilities and Requirements:Experience with Open Science tools in neuroimaging, including BIDS neuroimaging specifications.Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub).Experience with analysis of EEG during TMS or tES.Technical competence with statistical and machine learning models, such as linear mixed models, regression models, clustering algorithms and the integration of functional brain imaging data with behavioral metadata.Understanding of the physiological basis of the BOLD signal, human neurophysiology and the biophysics of neuromodulation.Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Ability to instruct and support others in the completion of complex neuroimaging tasks.Willingness to undertake further training and autonomously learn new pipelines, where appropriate.Specific Requirements:PhD degree in contents closely related to human neuroimaging (employing f/MRI and/or M/EEG).High motivation to support interdisciplinary research at the intersection of human neuroimaging and AI/machine learning.Extensive experience with (some of the) main neuroimaging packages (e.G., SPM, FSL, AFNI, Fieldtrip, EEGlab) and fMRIPrep.Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.G., Matlab, Python).Oral and written fluency in English.
