identificado oportunidades de mejoras y ventajas competitivas según mercado.Principales responsabilidades Definir e implementar la estrategia de marketing de la agencia y sus respectivos planes de acción.Conocer el mercado y mantenerse actualizado de las nuevas tendencias.Definir KPI necesarios para monitorear impacto.Gestionar un equipo de trabajo y promover su desarrollo.Identificar y gestionar canales de distribución.Pasión y energía.Entusiasmo y curiosidad por el sector y nuevas tendencias.Planificación y organización.Creatividad e innovación.Orientación a los resultados y conocimiento del negocioVisión estratégica y capacidad analítica.Resolución de problemas de forma rápida y asertiva.Manejo y control de RRSS.Habilidad para exponer y argumentar propuestas.Interés por trabajar en espacios colaborativos.Formación relacionada con el marketing digital o ADE.Conocimientos generales y experiencia en SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads y otras herramientas de marketing digital.Conocimientos a nivel usuario de google analytics,



para la extracción y análisis de datos..Ideal experiencia y formación en automatización de marketing (Active campaign, Hubspot, entre otros).Experiencia mínima de 3 años en cargo similar, en agencia o cliente final, definiendo o implementando planes de MKT.Castellano e inglés avanzado. Deseable otro idioma.Residencia en Barcelona y alrededores
