We are currently accepting applications exclusively from students of the University of MálagaInternal Control Junior Analyst PositionEbury Malaga - Office based 5 days a weekOverviewThe Internal Control Junior Analyst assists the execution of the operational, financial andcompliance process mapping, identifying and deploying Internal Controls and overall riskmitigation, evaluating and testing the effectiveness of the controls according to internationalframeworks.
This includes the identification of control gaps, the analysis of testing results,findings, development of the recommendations and action plans monitoring.Requirements? Currently studying a University degree? Curious and performance driven? Strong analytical skills.? Good understanding of new technologies? Strong written and verbal communication skills.? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.? English professional proficiency (minimum C1)? An interest in financial services? Knowledge of Internal Controls frameworks such as COSO, SOX (desirable)? Risk management understanding at an operational level.
(desirable)Responsibilities? Assisting the Internal Control Analyst in testing over financial and operationalprocesses according to the Group framework, and ensuring that the testing evidence,sampling and results are appropriately documented and communicated.? Assisting the Risk and Controls team in the preparation of ad-hoc reports? Analysing findings and results, drawing conclusions and recommendations.? Performing the remediation plans monitoring.? Assisting, coordinating and monitoring the business functions on the performance ofthe Internal controls self assessment.? Support on Operational Risk Management activities such as Risk Identification,Incidents Management, Risk Reporting, Risk Reviews.
