What You Will DoAssures legal compliance in quality matters.Supporting and interacting with production department to reach target Quality KPI'sProactively building infrastructure to share information about quality defects and Problem solvingOwn management of Suppliers complaints, Internal non conformances and Customer complaintsThrough Process control support Production dept. to steer the processEnsuring that Control plans for each product are in placeSupport validation of new initiativesThrough Process audits and Quality KPI's showing mirror to Production dept.Ensures compliance with external quality certificationsRaising Quality awareness across the siteReports consumer complaints and Quality KPI's to Site, Unit and more specific to Production Lines.Identifies and make available quality improvements and performs quality benchmarks between Lines, Teams and other factories.Supports the RST Members and Technical Team in the impact on improvements in Quality issues.Is a Role Model for Safety and supports the safety improvementsEnsures effective communication and participates in DOMs & WOMs.Who You AreEngineering degree or equivalentExperience in a similar positionProactive.Analytical skillsTidy and planned person.Conflict managementAdvanced knowledge in office softwareWhat We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we believe everyone's learning and professional development is unique and want to empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.
