MuleSoft's Professional Services team works across every technology and system to deliver solutions to customers in every industry. As a Senior Technical Consultant on our Services team, you will work hands-on with our customers and partners to solve mission-critical business challenges using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. You will provide onsite technical guidance on MuleSoft implementation projects, evaluate the customer's technical and functional requirements, and develop cost-effective solutions to provide customers with demonstrable returns.
Your Impact within our Team: Our success is measured by increasing the adoption of our platform within our customers and the value our services bring through enabling them to meet their business outcomes. As a MuleSoft Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in achieving our goals by providing expert technical services to guide and enable our customers to establish and operate their MuleSoft Platform and to successfully realize, manage, and optimize their APIs and integration ecosystem.
What you will achieve in your first 3 months: Participate in MuleSoft Technical Product and Consulting Services training, methodology, and enablement.
Begin participation in field activities with clients by shadowing seasoned architects/senior consultants.
Begin to execute MuleSoft implementations for customers.
Complete MuleSoft technical certifications and ramp on technology and implementation methodologies.
Begin mentorship and guidance of junior services team members.
What you will achieve in your first 12 months: Continue to provide delivery of projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance.
Internalize frameworks, project deliverables, best practices/policies, and implementations.
Identify ongoing risks and pain points throughout project experiences.
Contribute to technical brown bag sessions and publish reusable content.
Deliver compelling presentations and requirements-gathering workshops.
Minimum Qualifications: 5 to 10 years minimum hands-on development experience implementing integration solutions.
Proven experience on the implementation of enterprise-scale integration solutions.
Hands-on experience of implementing DevOps principles and Software Engineering best practices.
Success in mentoring/coaching colleagues or customers.
Willingness to travel regularly to meet customer needs.
Full proficiency in Spanish and English.
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Preferred Requirements: Achievement of "MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1" certification.
Experience on enterprise-grade MuleSoft Anypoint Platform setup.
Awareness of API life-cycle management.
Experience on conducting performance tuning of applications.
Adding to your team through mentoring colleagues.
Hands-on experience in building and maintaining highly available systems on Kubernetes.
A track record of experimenting with new technologies.
Experience of learning and applying a variety of full-stack technologies.
A passion for continuous improvement.
