**¿EN QUÉ CONSISTE TU TRABAJO?
**
- Gestión completa del proceso de reservas de tus huéspedes asignados.
- Gestionar la operativa diaria de la empresa: realizar check-in y checkout.
- Atención y comunicación constante con clientes.
- Comunicaciones constantes con portales vacacionales e intranets.
- Gestión de incidencias con resoluciones rápidas y eficaces.
- Gestionar nuestro PMS y los diferentes extranets de portales, actualizando y mejorando la configuración de los mismos continuamente.
- Gestión del cobro de reservas, fianzas y devoluciones conjuntamente con el departamento de reservas.
- Coordinar la operativa de limpiezas y mantenimientos según las reservas recibidas, etc.
- Reportar asuntos importantes a los responsables.
- Asistir y participar de las jornadas de formación y reuniones de equipo.
- Reportar a los superiores sobre mejoras y soluciones según las sugerencias de los huéspedes.
**¿QUÉ ESTAMOS BUSCANDO?
**
- Nos dedicamos al turismo, tu jornada comprende tambien los fines de semana.
- Estudios: Grado Hostelería y Turismo, Ade, empresariales o similar
- Inglés nível alto hablado y escrito.
Se valoran otros idiomas como Alemán, Francés.
- Habilidades tecnológicas para la gestión de nuestro PMS y extranet de portales vacacionales.
- Orientación a objetivos.
- Dominio de herramientas propias de la operativa "back office", y gestión empresarial, excel avanzado.

- Conocimiento de RRSS, MKT online y ventas.
- Rigurosa capacidad de planificación y organización.
- Alta orientación de servicio al cliente y vocación por su trabajo.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Flexibilidad horaria y disponibilidad.
Full time en temporada alta.
- Disponibilidad inmediata.
- Imprescindible carnet B1 y vehículo propio.
