Binance is the global blockchain company behind the world's largest digital asset exchange by trading volume and users, serving a greater mission to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption and increase the freedom of money.Are you looking to be a part of the most influential company in the blockchain industry and contribute to the crypto-currency revolution that is changing the world?Please note that only English CVs will be reviewed.Responsibilities:Design, execute and report an integrated marketing and community engagement strategy, encompassing performance marketing, brand awareness, social media, and event planning; Build, manage and optimize our user success funnel, including oversight of and input to key product UI/UX areas that drive funnel conversion and active user engagement; Grow our activeuser base and increase awareness of the Binance brand through data-driven performance marketing, and competitive benchmarking. Attract and manage affiliates relationships, partnerships and B2B opportunities while working with the entire team to improve incentivization strategies to drive growth; Develop a vibrant online and offline communities, increasing engagement through moderating activities, content creation, fostering positive interactions, and assisting the Binance Angel Program; Organize and execute impactful online and offline events, such as meet-ups, hackathons, and workshops, tailored to the local market and user base; Be the eyes andears on the ground: Understand and share knowledge on local trends, communities and news that can be leveraged in brand awareness and marketing innovation efforts.Requirements:Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in marketing; Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in crypto exchanges/fin-tech/eCommerce/tech/gaming, B2C facing; Past marketing/growth roles at Spanish virtual asset exchange is strongly preferred; Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto / blockchain / technology space; Data-driven andperformance marketing mindset is a must; Proven experience in growing and managing a user base; Language skills: Spanish, and Advanced English; Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once; Experience in community management and events is a plus.Conditions:Competitive salaryFlexible working conditionsFlat organisationGreat locations with highly talented and international colleaguesBe a part of the exciting future of the crypto-currency revolution and work on the world's no.1 crypto-currency exchangeAbout BinanceBinance Exchange is the leading crypto exchange by trading volume and users, with customers in over 180 countries and regions.
