.Being part of LOEWE gives you the opportunity of learning new things every day and working with people passionate about what they do, in a fast moving and ambitious company.As a Stock Keeper you will be responsible for the activities of the stockroom, ensuring an environment is created which allows efficiency, effectiveness, and excellence in routines and execution. You will work closely with the store team ensuring the right products are available on and close to the shop floor enabling an excellent client experience.Your role will be:- Maintain the organization of the stockroom to the highest standards with merchandise stored in a clear and organised way which allows the efficient flow between front and back of houseManage the delivery of stock into the store, checking that it matches against the invoice and informing HQ / Inventory of any discrepanciesUnpack all deliveries placing stock safely and correctly in its designated locationControl and manage the transfer of stock to and from the store and the return of stock to the WarehouseSupport the flow of stock and packaging between the back and front of house, ensuring the right products are available on the shop floor to improve efficiency and client experienceEnsure the team are promptly informed of new stock arrivalsPlan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigate and communicate any discrepancies to your ManagerProcess all paperwork, reports and general administration connected with stock managementWork with internal teams (Visual, Merchandising, Press) making available their product requestsSupport and coordinate the aftersales process (repairs, alteration, etc) to ensure an excellent client experience.Fully integrate and patriciate in the store activities such as morning briefings, relevant training, etcWhat is important for the role:Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team resultsExperience within a similar roleOrganised, fast paced with close attention to detailClear communication with the ability to connect with and influence various peopleConfident to work alone and with a teamA deep interest in Fashion, Art and CultureFluent in Spanish, English will be a plusAbout LOEWECreated in Spain in 1846, LOEWE celebrates over 175 years as one of the world's major luxury houses.
