We continue to grow at an exponential rate and are looking for talented, bright, and driven individuals with a desire for professional growth and continuous learning experiences.For our data centers in the Zaragoza area ("ZAZ Cluster"), we are seeking a Data Center Security Compliance Manager (CSC) to ensure our facilities are built and comply with our policies and standards.Under the direct leadership of the Regional Security Program Manager, or another appointed manager, the CSC ensures the physical security posture of the sites is delivered and handed over to the DC Security operations team.AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, supporting data centers and servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure continuous customer access to our services.

Your role involves collaborating across AWS to uphold safety and security standards, providing capacity at low costs, and fostering an inclusive culture that encourages bold ideas and ownership.Key job responsibilities:Support the on-site Data Centre Security Manager (DSM) and Security Program Manager (SPM) to achieve first-time project delivery aligned with current standards and policies.Inspect and ensure security standards and policies are adhered to during the delivery of new facilities.Identify non-compliance issues and work with teams to address them before handover.Monitor non-compliance issues and drive resolution prior to project handover, using internal tools to track and escalate.Provide guidance to construction and delivery teams on security standards and policies.Coordinate with the Security Operation Center (SOC) during project delivery and handoffs.Create and improve procedures, processes, and workflows using data and metrics.Develop operational knowledge of data center processes to identify security vulnerabilities.Perform security inspections, audits, and investigations as required.About the team:We value diverse experiences.
