Job Title Junior Research Analyst Job Description Summary Role Purpose Analista Junior de mercado con capacidades analíticas y disposición para la gestión de datos, modelos de datos y visualizaciones para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Market Research dentro del departamento de Business Development, que agrupa Marketing, Comunicación y Research. La persona trabajará directamente con el equipo comercial, buscando en todo momento orientar su trabajo a la estrategia de la compañía. Job Description Key Responsibilities - Gestionar las bases de datos de métricas de mercado - Actualizar modelos de datos - Analizar el contexto económico del mercado inmobiliario español - Estudiar las tendencias actuales y futuras de oferta y demanda - Elaboración y actualización de presentaciones e informes de mercado para uso interno y externo - Trabajar en coordinación con el resto del equipo de Research y del departamento de Business Development - Validación y visualización de datos - Análisis y seguimiento de estadísticas de crecimiento económico, mercado laboral y demográficas, así como cualquier factor internacional que pueda afectar al mercado inmobiliario local - Asegurar la recopilación de información y datos dentro y fuera de la compañía para enriquecer y mejorar las bases de datos Knowledge & Experience - Experiencia de al menos 1 año en el sector corporativo - Formación Superior Universitaria: Economía, ADE o similares - Capacidad analítica y pasión por el detalle - Conocimientos de Power Query (Excel y Power BI) - Conocimientos demostrables de Power Point - Sólido manejo de Excel - Proactividad, capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo - Nivel medio-alto de inglés #J-18808-Ljbffr
