This role is ideal for a professional with proven expertise in leading complex, high-impact ERP implementations or enhancements, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.What you will be doing:Lead end-to-end SAP project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop comprehensive project plans and manage project timelines, risks, and resources.Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.Monitor project performance and generate status reports for stakeholders and leadership teams.Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices in SAP project delivery.Qualifications5+ years of experience managing SAP projects, preferably in a consulting environment.Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP implementations, upgrades, or enhancements across various modules and business functions.Deep understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to navigate complex client environments and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.Additional InformationAt Fusion, we unite entrepreneurial minds from around the globe to develop and implement game-changing solutions that build lasting relationships with our clients.We value employees who challenge the status quo through innovation, adapt to diverse client needs in ever-changing environments, and commit to continuous learning—for themselves and their colleagues.Why Fusion?We provide a competitive salary and benefits package, along with an outstanding work environment that fosters long-term career development opportunities.Workflex : Enjoy 25 working days off annually, giving you the flexibility to work from your preferred global location.Flexible Time Off : Take time off as needed to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
