You will learn new processes, develop your language and communication skills, as well as work in a digital environment, with some of the most innovative technologies on the market.What you will learn with us will make you a valuable member of our team or any other team.Your benefits:Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00Salary: 20000 Euros gross/year + up to 3000 Euros gross/year in bonus.Great office location in BarcelonaFriends hunting (referral) bonusFull paid training about the company and the project you will be working onCareer development program and specialized coursesWhat you'll experience with usAs a Live Expert in our team, you will:Demonstrate products and features on a video callIncrease sales and market share through your interactionsDeliver excellent customer service on each call by answering queries efficiently and confidentlyMaintain an expert understanding of productsMerchandising, maintaining, and reporting on inventoryScriptwriting and translationsCreating and presenting training contentSupport for filming tasks as required including potential out of hours workingWe'll be a great match if you:Are proficient in Dutch and advanced EnglishHave previous customer service and/or sales experienceHave passion or previous work experience within technologyAre friendly and have an engaging personalityAre comfortable working in a training and sales environmentAre comfortable working on cameraAre personable, energetic, self-motivated, positive, team player, and eager to tackle challenges and changeHave strong communication skillsDon't meet every single requirement?
