You will plan construction activities, supervise the installation of structural elements, and inspect the building upon completion.ResponsibilitiesDesign and calculation of structural elements.Monitoring and control of the correct execution of existing facilities in the work.Minimum experience in a construction or facilities company of 3 years, performing tasks related to the position of production manager.Construction management, contracting, measurements, valuations, subcontractor management, economic planning and construction management.Oversee construction contracts with subcontractors in multiple disciplines.Manage multidisciplinary design and construction projects.Interact with other engineers, contractors, manufacturers and stakeholders.Able to provide direct on-site observations and resolve conflicts in real time.Necessary RequirementsConstruction Engineering, Technical Architecture or similar.Deep experience in other disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, air conditioning.More than 3 years of experience.Experience creating structural detail drawings in AUTOCAD, NX or similar.Experience in 3D conceptual creation and rendering (SketchUp…)Knowledge of analysis design programs, CYPE or similar.Experience reading, reviewing, and approving shop and manufacturing drawings.Fluency in English is mandatory.Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, dealing with situations that are constrained by time and managing different tasks simultaneously.Able to work autonomously with little supervision.Desired RequirementsLocation: Elche.Working hours: full time.Trips: Teruel, Huelva and French Guiana.BenefitsHealth & WellnessPhysiotherapy within our facilities.50% discount on your health insurance.You can sign-up your family members with health insurance at a competitive price.Healthy snacks and lots of fruit.Find balance23 days of paid vacation plus December 24th and 31st.Flexible work schedule.Never stop learningWe encourage practical learning.We promote professional development through internal mobility and teamwork.Focus on your financial futureChildcare flexible contributions.Restaurant tickets.Transport flexible contributions.Training support
