Esta es una excelente oportunidad para comenzar tu carrera en un entorno industrial dinámico y en constante evolución. Las responsabilidades principales consistirán en las actividades del departamento de Calidad focalizadas en el control del proceso productivo y calidad del producto. Actividades como, por ejemplo, el control de calidad, análisis de datos, proyectos de digitalización y control de procesos, gestión de la documentación, auditorias, actividades de laboratorio, trabajo en métodos de análisis de causa raíz y resolución de problemas, entre otras actividades del sistema de Gestión de la Calidad. El/la Quality Graduate Engineer será integrante del programa Young Talent Program durante el cual deberá alcanzar un conocimiento avanzado del proceso productivo y una experiencia contrastada en la implementación de las herramientas de calidad y mejora continua. Qué harás Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de calidad. Control de mejora en aspectos de calidad. Actualización y registro del plan de calidad de Producción según expectativas de cliente. Liderar la calidad en la unidad productiva y ser la voz del cliente en esta. Seguimiento de las acciones preventivas, correctivas y objetivos. Relación entre los análisis, bobinas, producto acabado y proceso. Planificación y seguimiento en reuniones central e internas. Registro, análisis y control de materia prima. Investigación y soporte de incidencias de calidad. Colaboración y seguimiento en los planes de mejora de proceso. Colaboración en proyectos de nuevos productos con otros departamentos y central. Contacto con empresas externas (servicios, pedidos, presupuestos, recepción etc.) Participar activamente de la cultura de la compañía (mejora continua, BOS) Seguimiento e implementación de auditorías de calidad y coaching operarios. Capacidad de visión y análisis de la estadística basado en calidad. Reportar internamente los resultados según focos y prioridades. Conocimientos de los sistemas de gestión ISO's, IFS. Que requisitos solicitamos Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Química, o un campo relacionado. Conocimiento básico de normas y estándares de calidad (ISO 9001, etc.). Habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse eficazmente. Deseo de aprender y desarrollarse profesionalmente en el área de Calidad. Paquete office avanzado especialmente en Excel Se valorará conocimientos en herramientas Microsoft, Power BI y Power Automate.
