Customer Service Agent - Italian Speaker

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent who speaks fluent Italian to support our customers and ensure the quality of services provided through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with customers: Follow up with customers after their service or product experience to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Solve problems & answer questions: Be the go-to person for customers who need support, offering solutions and turning challenges into positive outcomes.
  • Drive customer satisfaction: Collect insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Upsell with ease: Recommend products or services that match customer needs and add value to their experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Italian (native or advanced) with strong English (B2) communication skills.
  • Great communicator: Ability to speak with people both on the phone and through written messages, and make connections.
  • Build rapport with customers.
  • Detail-oriented & organized.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using customer management software (CRM) to track and manage interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or any people-focused role.
