We are seeking a highly experienced Data Engineer to join our team.

This role is ideal for professionals with at least 3 years of experience in data engineering, looking to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL for ETL/ELT processes, ensuring high-quality and consistent data.
  • Implement and manage data solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, and others for storage, processing, and analysis.
  • Apply knowledge of authentication, encryption, anonymization, and masking to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with security regulations.
  • Design and implement REST, OData, and GraphQL APIs to expose data to users or applications, facilitating access and usability.
  • Configure and manage tools like Denodo to expose data virtually, optimizing access to large volumes of information for users.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, demonstrating motivation and enthusiasm for high-quality work.
  • Experience in data projects using Python and SQL.
  • Experience with APIs for data publishing: REST, OData, GraphQL.
  • Experience in AWS Cloud Computing (S3, EC2, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch, Glue, Redshift, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Denodo.
  • Knowledge of security and privacy: authentication, encryption, anonymization, and masking.
Preferred Skills
  • Understanding of security best practices and regulatory compliance for handling sensitive data.
  • Version control: Git and GitHub.
  • Data consolidation and storage using tools like Snowflake.
  • Data transformation and modeling with dbt.
  • Apollo Kafka and Beam.
  • CI/CD: Jenkins and Docker.
