Job Title: Rental Sales Agent

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service and Maximize Sales Opportunities

We are seeking a highly motivated Rental Sales Agent to join our team at Europcar Mobility Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process rental agreements with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Welcome and treat every customer with respect, providing an exceptional level of service from start to finish.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by consistently offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services to every customer.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to build rapport through open-ended questions, emphasizing product features and benefits, and skillfully overcoming customer objections.
  • Adhere to all rental policies and procedures to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
  • Assist customers by identifying any additional services or products that may enhance their rental experience.
  • Provide unmatched service excellence, ensuring full customer satisfaction at every stage of the rental process.
  • Support branch operations by performing additional duties as requested by management.

Requirements:

  • Sales Background: Proven sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Product Expertise: Skilled in offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, and additional services.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally.
  • Sales-driven attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing accurate and timely service.
