Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant
Position Overview:
We are working with a well-established international client to find an experienced and talented Tech recruiter with contract experience in their Barcelona office.
The Role:
We seek a high-performing contract-focused Recruitment Consultant to help meet client acquisition and revenue growth targets by delivering talent to new and existing clients.
About You:
- You will have at least 2 years of experience in 360 recruiting within the IT, Tech, or Digital markets, focused on contract/freelance positions.
- Experienced in business development and expanding/maintaining relationships with clients.
- Exposed to recruiting in France, Belgium, Germany, or Italy.
- Must have EU right to work.
- Confident, self-motivated, and determined.
- Articulate, money-motivated, and hungry for success.
- A team player who can also work independently.
What We Offer:
- Starting salary between €26,000 - €38,000 DOE + generous commission scheme with fantastic earning potential.
- Flexibility – 2 days working from home, core hours between 10-1pm and 3-5pm, Mon-Thurs, 3pm finish Fridays, reduced summer hours.
- Recognition – outside of commission, monthly incentives plus a chance to win overseas trips twice a year.
- Mental Wellbeing - €100 spend on wellbeing products and services each tax year, plus 2.5 days of leave to take at any time of the year to pursue mindfulness activities.
- Reduced tax incentive for those relocating.
