Senior Project Manager SAP

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead transformation projects within the foreseen targets.
About the Role:In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-departmental DTservice projects, particularly those related to SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
- Manage planning, execution, and control of transformation projects.
- Lead highly motivated project teams and collaborate with stakeholders across locations.
- Gather requirements from business units, structure them, and develop solution approaches.
- Plan, lead, and coordinate internal and external project resources.
- Oversee projects from initiation to successful implementation, actively managing risks and changes.
You will be responsible for:
- Progress tracking and ensuring compliance with time, budget, and scope objectives.
- Managing project risks and changes (budget, scope, timeline).
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in project management is ideal.
- 10+ years of professional experience in DT project management.
- Extensive experience as a project manager in multiple SAP transformation programs.
- Knowledge of SAP modules and integration to other enterprise systems.
- Experience with large-scale and global SAP projects.
- Familiarity with SAP implementation frameworks.
- Strong process-oriented, conceptual, and analytical thinking skills.
- Initiative and a structured working style.
- Leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with organizational change management and adoption strategies.
- Excellent English language skills.
This position offers the opportunity to work with Syntegon Telstar and primarily collaborate with the Syntegon group.
