You'll take ownership of the execution of trade campaigns, coordinate point-of-sale materials, and activate our brand in high-energy events and retail spaces. Principle Accountabilities
- Support the planning and execution of trade marketing campaigns across retail and wholesale channels.
- Manage point-of-sale materials, ensuring timely distribution, installation, and maintenance in collaboration with the sales team.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and commercial stakeholders to ensure effective brand visibility.
- Assist in the organisation and implementation of brand activations and promotional events across the islands.
- Monitor market activity and provide insights and suggestions to improve trade marketing efforts.
- Review market data, consumer trends, and sales figures to help refine campaign strategies.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in Trade Marketing, field marketing, or brand activation, ideally within FMCG, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with hands-on experience managing logistics and deadlines.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
- Comfortable communicating in English with regional and global teams; able to deliver presentations when required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
- Highly proactive, with a flexible, team-oriented attitude.
