Tu misión Proporcionar soporte al/la Chief Engineer del Centro de Operaciones, coordinando tareas clave en los diferentes hoteles del centro, asegurando la máxima calidad en el mantenimiento, sostenibilidad y experiencia del cliente.
Tus principales responsabilidades Operaciones: Coordinar actividades técnico-legales y supervisar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.Garantizar la calidad de la información en sistemas internos como el GMAO y herramientas corporativas.Económico-Financiero: Conocer y apoyar en la gestión del presupuesto departamental.Participar en el control de materiales, servicios y desviaciones presupuestarias.Experiencia del Cliente: Gestionar incidencias y apoyar en la mejora continua de la experiencia del cliente.Sostenibilidad y Seguridad: Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas medioambientales y normativas de salud y seguridad.Participar en la correcta implementación del Plan de Evacuación y equipos de protección individual.Requisitos del perfil Experiencia mínima de 2 años en una posición similar.Capacidad para coordinar equipos y colaborar en proyectos de alta exigencia.Conocimiento en normativas técnico-legales y herramientas de gestión técnica.Conocimiento de mantenimiento de instalaciones generales.Incorporarte a un proyecto global con oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo profesional.Acceso a programas de formación, bienestar y desarrollo en nuestra compañía.Descuentos exclusivos en alojamientos y servicios del grupo.Si sientes que este es tu próximo desafío, te invitamos a unirte a una compañía que valora el talento y la innovación como pilares del éxito
