Miista, based in the La Coruña area of Spain , is seeking a Chief Financial Officer with strong international accounting and reporting knowledge, as well as demonstrated experience in relevant fashion businesses, to take Miista to the next level of financial excellence.
It has been trading for over 14 years in the premium and high-end women's wear segment. The brand is currently distributed across the main international fashion markets - North America, Asia and Europe - and has customers in more than 30 countries.
Having successfully expanded during the COVID-19 pandemic, the business aims to triple its turnover in the next five years while preparing the structure for a fully consolidated global presence.
Global Group Finance Direction, inclusive of all subsidiary companies' contribution to the structure
Detailed cost centre review, strategic margins analysis, and direction on KPIs.
Ensure the strength of all the financial ratios and key metrics across the group of companies, including auditing and group governance.
Finance, budgeting, and accounts consolidation methodology.
Contribute towards strategic analysis and viability of key business development portfolio of ideas, ensuring maximum return on investment at a lower cost.
Understanding of global exports and trading tax compliance in relation to logistics cost saving.
Cashflow management and financing/funding streams opportunities.
Overall Group Reporting and Finance direction, understanding Sourcing, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and group auditing. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Strong finance-based analytical skills
