What experience do I need?
While Retail or Hospitality experience is beneficial, what matters most is your ability to inspire and lead a team. You lead by example, demonstrating what excellence looks like, earning respect at all levels, and encouraging development. You are commercially savvy, understand that prioritizing customers helps meet targets, and you will be responsible for the store's Profit & Loss account.
Candidates must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
