**Digital Transformation Specialist Opportunity**
We are seeking a skilled HR & Payroll Administrator to join our client, a prominent European company providing innovative business solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial statements. Additional duties include assisting with budget preparation and monitoring performance against established targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in monthly financial preparation for the external accounting company.
- Monitor performance against budgets and assist in the preparation of financial forecasts.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing accounting and payroll administration.
- Strong English language skills.
- Able to maintain accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
- Excellent attention to detail and hands-on approach.
- Effective communication skills to bring people together.
