We're hiring a Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO)

Remote-first | CET-friendly | Full-time

About Isleño Island Homes

We buy, renovate, and sell move-in-ready flats for remote entrepreneurs—starting in Mallorca. We build the operating system for real estate: tech-driven, systemized, and ready to scale.

Your Mission

Own and evolve our internal tech platform—from optimizing low-code tools to building our scalable, AI-powered v1.0. You'll architect automation, lead engineering, and help us run as a self-driving company.

What You'll Do

Own and evolve our internal systems

Design multi-agent workflows (sales, fundraising, sourcing)

Audit and optimize our current stack

Build our custom v1.0 platform from scratch

Lead a small, elite tech team

Collaborate directly with CEO & leadership

First 90 Days

  • Stabilize current systems
  • Define agent architecture & roadmap
  • Ship 2–3 high-impact automations
  • Launch an AI-powered bot into production
  • Presentation of v1.0 blueprint to the exec team

What We're Looking For

8+ years building internal platforms (low-code & full-code)

Experience with AI agent frameworks

Skill in Python, JS/TS, Docker, APIs, CI/CD

Fluent in Make.com, monday.com

Builder of systems—not just scripts

Great communicator who ships fast & clean
