RAN Integration Consultant Engineer

Job Summary:

We seek a RAN Integration Consultant with experience in Ericsson technologies to advise and lead projects focused on mobile network integration, commissioning, and optimization. This role combines technical expertise in network integration with a consultative approach to problem-solving, providing solutions, and enhancing mobile network performance in multi-vendor environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on best practices for integrating and optimizing mobile networks in multi-vendor environments.
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of RAN solutions for Nokia and/or Ericsson equipment.
  • Provide advanced technical support to field teams during integration and troubleshooting.
  • Design optimization strategies to ensure maximum performance of implemented networks.
  • Oversee the remote provisioning of network elements and features.
  • Conduct testing and validation of pilot solutions prior to full-scale implementation.
  • Ensure proper creation and resolution of tickets related to network incidents.
  • Ensure updates, swaps, and other site integrations are completed on time and in line with project specifications.
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of Ericsson technologies.
  • Extensive experience in remote provisioning, network management, and mobile network performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in NMS protocols (SNMP, XML) and scripting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide solutions to complex network problems.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
