Main Responsibilities
- Property Listings for Rentals : Identify and secure exclusive luxury properties for rentals in Madrid's most desirable areas. Negotiate mediation agreements with property owners. Collect and verify all necessary property documentation for listings.
- Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain relationships with property owners, providing ongoing advisory and ensuring proactive, high-quality communication. Offer a personalized experience for both landlords and tenants, addressing their unique needs with professionalism and discretion.
- End-to-End Rental Cycle Management : Guide clients (tenants) through the rental process from initial inquiry to post-completion, delivering a seamless, luxury service experience. Offer creative solutions to overcome challenges and close deals aligning with landlords' and tenants' interests.
- Marketing and Promotion : Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure each property is promoted with high-quality visual and written content, maximizing exposure and occupancy. Conduct property visits with prospective clients, showcasing each property's premium features.
- CRM and Database Management : Keep the CRM updated with client requirements and market trends, maintaining a personal client database aligned with company standards : track occupancy rates, client feedback, and property performance for strategic insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the real estate sector, ideally in luxury rentals and the Madrid market.
- Strong business acumen in real estate, legal, and financial processes related to rentals.
- Proficient in English and Spanish, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to meet the high standards of national and international clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to working within a dynamic, international team.
- Proactive, organized, with a flexible schedule and a "can-do" attitude.
